Our Business Philosophy
It has always been our goal to become the
largest, most efficient electrical contracting firm on
the face of the earth. This is why we have also decided
to become the most diverse. Yeah, we knew we would have
to step on a few toes along the way to achieve this
lofty goal, but it was for the betterment of the
company. When you run a behemoth like this you can't
worry about rubbing some little guy's nose in the
dirt.
Our Company
Since going public (NASDAQ "wldo") in 1979 our
stock has grown from $8 to $164 per share as of the
first quarter this year, yielding our share holders an
unpresidented 2,050% increase.
This type of
honest earning ability combined with an emphasis on
service and that deal in the 80's with Michael Milkin
(before he went to jail) has positioned us as the
leading electrical contracting firm in the
industry.

Our Employees
Institutional servitude and pchycological
re-molding aren't always negative terms. When you
encounter one of our valued employees performing their
tasks for you in the most efficient manor, you will soon
realize how we keep our prices so low.
We have
striven long and hard to prove to our employees that
they are much better represented by management than they
could ever be by the I.B.E.W. (International Brotherhood
of Electrical Workers).
Our 6,380 employees
nationally and in Canada are provided with the most
advanced communal living facilities in the world. I
would like to see some union do that!

This is Waldo's Wife. She looks like a nice
lady, huh? (Don't let that painted on smile fool
you!)
